How Do I Apply Online for a Job?
Look for the apply now button or click 'Apply Now' at the top of your screen.
Then just fill out our online application and send your resume to resume@jrp-atlanta.com.

How Do I View My Application?
You will be sent an email with a copy of your application when you apply. Save this email for future reference. In order to receive the email make sure you have webalert@jrp-atlanta.com marked as a "safe sender" in your email client. If you did not receive a copy of your application, check your spam or junk email folder first before contacting us.

How Do I Submit My Resume?
Resumes should be emailed as an attachment to resume@jrp-atlanta.com in the form of a PDF or MSWord document.

How Do I Get the Ball Rolling with Jim Rowland Personnel?
APPLY ONLINE and be sure to upload your resume in either MS Word or rich text file formats. If your qualifications match the job requirements, you will be immediately contacted for a personal interview. Otherwise, your qualifications are entered into our database and you will be contacted once a compatible match has been identified.

Do I Need to Apply for Each Position that Garners my Interest?
No. You only need to apply one time and you will then be given consideration for any and all positions matching your qualifications.

Does Jim Rowland Personnel Handle Temporary and/or Contract Assignments?
While we specialize in permanent/direct-hire placement, we also handle temp-to-hire and long-term contract assignments. If hired on a temp-to-hire basis you will be paid directly by JRP-Atlanta on a weekly basis for a period of 13 weeks. At the end of your 13 weeks you will then be enrolled on your new employer's payroll. Of course, for long-term contract assignments you will be paid weekly by JRP-Atlanta.

All fees are assumed by the hiring companies. Never a charge to an applicant.

Who Pays the Fee?
All fees are assumed by the hiring companies and strictly contingent upon Jim Rowland Personnel finding you the most qualified candidate. At the time of an offer and acceptance we charge 20% of the first year's annual earnings backed by a 90-day replacement guarantee. Guarantees are contingent upon receipt of payment within ten days of the candidate's start date.

Again, you owe us nothing unless we're successful in finding you the most qualified candidate. We listen to your needs and then apply our recruiting skills to find the right match to your position requirements and company culture. We save you time and money!

How quickly can I expect a response?
We'll respond immediately to all inquiries. Finding qualified candidates is what we do best. We'll immediately engage our search techniques in an effort to respond quickly and efficiently to all requests. While we wish we could guarantee you an exact time, unfortunately we can't, but we'll do everything possible to present candidates for your consideration within a timely manner. On the other hand, if we can't deliver in a timely manner we'll be upfront and assist you in any manner possible. You can count on us for honesty and professionalism in every step of the process.
