About the Job

Company located near the Galleria (I-75 & I-285 Interchange) with a unique focus on Atlanta's commercial and healthcare construction markets seeks to hire an experienced Project Manager. We're looking for a sharp PM with an extroverted 'sales-type' personality with the ability to talk to people with ease. This company focuses strictly on Class 'A' commercial office and healthcare build-out.

Qualified candidate will ideally possess a B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent work experience with project management experience in commercial construction projects. Demonstrates solid presentation skills and verbal/written communication skills; able to make decisions under tight deadlines; able to relate to executive management and speak on behalf of the company in meetings with clients and consultants, often in high pressure situations. Exhibit commitment to quality by evaluating project-related processes and making necessary changes, using customer input to make improvements, and meeting/exceeding internal and external customer expectations.

Requires good computer skills including the ability to use estimating software (like MC2, Timberline, OnScreen Takeoff and BlueBeam), familiarity with Revit most helpful, word processing, spreadsheets, bid management, online plan rooms and database applications and company communication tools, such as email, internet and MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
