Premier commercial general contractor seeks to hire a Human Resources/Executive Assistant professional for their Atlanta location.  Start date is fluid at the moment but probably looking at the end of July as the current job holder is relocating out of state.

You will have full accountability for all HR functions across the company including...

Recruiting and training
Benefits and payroll administration
Anti-discrimination and wage and hour compliance
Employee satisfaction and retention
Negotiate benefit plan terms and conditions, managing open enrollment periods and employee status changes
Oversee annual review process ensuring consistency and transparency across all departments
Secure and maintain all business licenses for company in SE USA
Coordinate and execute various executive-level projects, including developing and monitoring compliance with multiple budgets and regularly preparing finance reports
Qualified candidate will possess 5+ years experience in HR and executive assistance, preferably within a construction/general contracting environment.  Must be highly communicative with ability to manage and motivate individuals at all levels of the organization.  Must be able to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment capabilities.  

Bachelors and/or Certifications highly desired.

Company offers a salary in the $65 - 75,000 range + bonus + excellent benefits.
