Salary: Range is $75 - $125,000 depending on education, skills and experience plus benefits and discretionary year-end bonus

Commercial construction company located in the Cumberland/Galleria area seeks to hire a Construction Estimator for projects including interior, renovation and new ground-up construction projects in healthcare, high-end hospitality, and Class A office buildings.

Responsibilities...

Create and submit bid packages for projects in retail, healthcare, education, restaurant and commercial office
Draft project schedules
Network and build relationships with subcontractors, architects, owner's representatives, and members of property management
Provide value-engineering solutions to clients when pricing comes in over budget
Perform quantity takeoffs to verify accuracy of subcontractor bids
Draft RFIs for client responses
Coordinate and attend pre-bid meetings
Interact and negotiate with subcontractors for pricing advantages
Correspond with clients to follow up on the status of bid packages that have been submitted

Company offers a very competitive salary ($75,000 - $125,000 range) and excellent benefits include year-end discretionary bonus.
