Commercial real estate industry leader seeks to hire an Investment Associate for their Buckhead office to support investment sales and finance brokers in the financial analysis of investment properties, preparation of financial projections, and preparation of market comparable data for sales and rents, preparation of market demographics analysis and development of market economic overviews for Requests for Proposals, Broker Opinions of Value and Property Offering Memorandums. Qualified candidate will be customer service driven and possess general knowledge of various real estate asset types, asset cash flows, lease vs. purchase analysis, lease vs. lease comparisons, local investment trends and commercial property markets and capital markets dynamics.

Responsibilities...

Preparation of long-term cash flow projections and pricing of various property types utilizing Argus and Excel - must have previous experience using Argus in workplace environment.
Preparation of investment offering memorandums.
Preparation of responses to RFP/RFQs.
Work with property managers, leasing agents, asset managers, to compile necessary information during sales process.
Research, analyze, and present comparable data for either sales or rent.
Provide thorough analysis of submarket characteristics as they apply to potential sale or re-finance of a specific property.
Analyze financial terms of prospective deals including debt requirements, return expectations, hold period, etc.
Abstract leases, loan documents and other related legal documents.
Compilation of market information and comparable sales and lease information.
Ensure the timely production, accuracy and quality of work product and compliance with national standards.
Research, analyze, and present various economic and demographic factors key to the underwriting of a neighborhood, market or MSA such as population, affordability, employment and labor force info.
Reports to the Managing Director of the Region's Investment Services group.
