Handling Electronic Plan distribution and collection
Preparing all Permit information for each county
Tracking and handling all dumpster/port-a-john/lift requests
Handling all county inspection requests
Taking care of all paperwork to obtain Certificate of Occupancy for each job
Preparing and distributing all information for the Customer Close Out books
Compiling and distributing weekly reports
Operating wide-format copier/scanner
Handling special projects
Possessing good computer skills to include MS Office and Adobe Acrobat
Possessing good customer service skills
Possessing good communication skills
Team player attitude
Good organizational skills
Sense of urgency
Attention to detail
Hours are Monday - Friday, 7:30 - 4:30 with an hour lunch. Salary to low $40's plus benefits.
