Excellent proofreading and organizational skills. Attention to detail and accuracy mandatory.​ Possess an advanced proficiency in navigating and conducting Internet searches. About the Job
Full service top-ranked commercial real estate company located near Northside Hospital seeks to hire an experienced Brokerage Assistant.​ Company handles office, industrial, retail, land, investment sales (mostly retail and office) and property management.​ This position supports, primarily, retail, office and some industrial brokers.

Responsibilities:

Must have a demonstrated track record in multi-tasking, communicating effectively, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.​
Proactively anticipate upcoming projects and needs of brokers by prioritizing, communicating and balancing the workflow.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.​
Support includes assisting up to 7 commercial real estate brokers who specialize in land, industrial, office and/​or retail.​
Prepare memoranda, letters, proposals, leases, charts, tables and other documents using various software packages.
Provide support through copying, scanning, faxing, and mailing as requested by assigned brokers.​
Liaison between brokers and the marketing department in creating property flyers and presentation packages and assisting marketing as necessary in the process.​
Prepare and assemble information/​presentation packages for property tours, listings, and/​or marketing a property.​
Research property information, including ownership, zoning, etc.
Prepare aerials using aerial software.​
Maintain property listings for assigned brokers in CoStar and LoopNet.​
Process closing documents.​
Prepare internal paperwork to submit to accounting for leases and/​or purchases of property.​
Provide rotating reception relief (along with other assistants) during lunch hour and morning or afternoon breaks.​



Requirements:

4+​ years experience as an administrative professional within a commercial real estate environment.​
