Experience with industrial and/or retail properties highly desired. Unfortunately multi-family experience does not qualify. CPM, RPA designation (or in process) helpful. Must be detail-oriented, analytical and computer literate. Any experience with MRI, Kardin, AvidXchange, Excel or Impak a real plus.

Reputable and leading commercial real estate firm is in urgent need of a Property Manager to oversee the daily management duties for this 30,000 sf industrial portfolio located in NE Atlanta (Peachtree Corners). You will serve as the anchor to assist the VP of Industrial and you'll have an Assistant Property Manager to help with the daily responsibilities. This PM will oversee all operations and is responsible for achieving superior operational results and financial performance. We're looking for a high caliber professional with strong communication skills looking for an excellent growth path and long-term employment. Normal business hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm and flexibility, within reason, is available.

This is a large industrial portfolio and will have at least 5 people in this office to handle the duties but we need someone who is a go-getter and willing to roll up their sleeves and get the job done! You must be hard working and industrious!

Ideally our client would like to pay $60,000 within an increase in 90 days to $62,500 - $65,000. If this would be a lateral move and you need a few thousand more to make the move please let me know this and I'll approach my client to see if we can make this happen. We really need someone to start quickly! In addition to salary, in December of each year you'll be eligible for a 3% salary increase and 10% bonus (prorated first year and based on performance) PLUS generous profit sharing which is paid out in July of each year. Benefits include Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k), 15 PTO days, free/off day the month of your annual anniversary and 2 days fee/off for volunteerism.
