Card readers that tied into the security system with electric strikes and electrically activated locks and panic devices. All phases of build out from the layout of the walls door frame, doors and hardware with security a priority in the lab areas. That includes chilled water systems and on site steam generation, with gas systems, autoclaves, walk in coolers, Argon gas, in the building for the labs. Installed two state of the art Air Handler HVAC systems for the building using steam and chilled water from the university systems.
