Marketing Coordinator

About the Job

This privately-held commercial real estate company located on the north end of the perimeter seeks to hire a Marketing Coordinator to join their team. The junior role is primarily to provide the preparation and production of print documents including flyers, proposals and presentations with additional duties in graphics, research, internal communications, departmental maintenance and event planning. This position is fast-paced and requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team and demands excellent organization, communications and interpersonal skills. This is a permanent/direct hire full-time opportunity working Monday thru Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.



Responsibilities include but not limited to...

Accountable for the coordination, layout design, copy editing and production of flyers, proposals and presentations.

Design and produce layouts and graphics customized for each project, including maps,aerials, plans and charts.

Proofread and edit for format, grammar, style, punctuation and spelling.

Maintain company-wide consistency utilizing corporate guidelines, etc.

Responsible for prioritizing and ensuring required timelines are met.

Undertake special assignments in support of marketing and communications initiatives and produce required documents and graphics.

Assist in the planning and coordination of corporate events,and other marketing activities.

Research and copy write as needed on projects, sometimes utilizing commercial real estate research database software (no previous experience required).

Write press releases and distribute to media contacts and corporate channels.

Maintain inventory of marketing collateral materials and supplies.

Preparation of monthly tracking reports.

Responsible for continuously expanding and updating professional knowledge in order to enhance individual and team innovation and productivity.

Identify continuous opportunities to improve effectiveness of the team.



Requirements...

Bachelor's plus at least 1-2 years marketing/coordination experience.

Commercial real estate experience a plus.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite (Minimum of intermediate proficiency in InDesign required).

Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment.

Energetic self-starter that will take initiative, and a dedicated team player.

Exceptional organizational skills and very detail-oriented.



Company offers a salary in the $36 - $38,000 range plus benefits Medical, Life,Dental, Vision, Flex Spending Account, Vacation and Sick Time, and Company Paid Holidays.
