Well established, laid-back yet professional commercial real estate firm in Buckhead whose focus is retail properties, most grocery-anchored Class B, seeks to hire an experienced Property Manager, ideally with 3-5 years of experience in retail. We will consider someone with an office background, but you'll need to be a home run in every other consideration. Properties are located in FL and SC and you'll need to visit properties in your portfolio every 2 months roughly, therefore, you must be okay with approximately 15% travel.

The current portfolio is all retail with about 1 million square feet of mostly retail and one office building, that has a single tenant with an on-site engineer.

In addition to your retail property management experience, your cultural fit will be of equal importance, so we're looking for someone looking for a great opportunity in a drama-free environment. Their core values are extremely important to their hiring process, so I'm looking for someone who is in complete agreement with (1) Respect - Give it and Expect it (aka - I don't want rude PMs that bark at Tenants or Vendors), (2) Do the Right Thing (even when it means admitting a mistake and taking the time to correct it), (3) Value the Team (valuating other's opinions and recognizing the value they add). This is a small company that was family owned for 50+ years until just this June, so someone looking to climb the corporate ladder probably won't find this to be a good fit.

Company offers a salary in the $70 - $80,000 range depending on skills, experience and ability to fit into the company culturally speaking. Also a 15% target bonus + excellent benefits (ESOP) include Health, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending Plans (Health & Dependent Accts), 401k, Life Insurance, and Employee Stock Options.
