Required Skills: Qualified candidate will possess 7+ years of experience in multi-family housing maintenance with knowledge, skills and experience in building automation systems, plumbing, pneumatics, life safety systems, HVAC maintenance and repair, and structural roofing systems. Experience with Class C and/or distressed multi-family properties preferred.  Strong vendor contact/relationship experience highly desired.  Degrees, diplomas, certifications most helpful. Valid Georgia Driver’s License required.

Large asset management/investment funds company is restructuring and replacing their 3rd party management company with their newly formed in-house property management firm resulting in an outstanding opportunity for a Regional Maintenance & Rehab Manager. You’ll be responsible for maximizing the value of a portfolio of assets physically, based on company specific goals and through the provision of proactive maintenance. This portfolio of multi-family units, Class C,  consists of multiple locations on the Southside of Atlanta. You’ll be based in South Atlanta and traveling to and overseeing maintenance staffs for 5-7 properties.
