Excellent opportunity with a well-established full-service commercial real estate firm for a Property Manager overseeing a a portfolio consisting of 5 affiliated office buildings with about 300K sf in the Duluth area, one retail center on Peachtree Industrial totaling 64K sf, and one grocery-anchored retail center on Roswell Rd totaling 75K sf.  Our client specializes in asset and property management, landlord leasing, tenant representation, investment sales, along with construction and redevelopment.

Qualified candidate will possess...

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Prior commercial property management experience required, preferably office/retail properties
Candidates from a REIT background preferred
Real Estate License required, RPA, CPM, CCIM or LEED recognitions helpful
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook required and MRI skills highly desired
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Dependable and possessing a strong work ethic with the ability to work well with clients, team of Property Managers, Accountants and Leasing Agents
Company offers a starting salary to $75,000 + bonus + nice benefits.
