Reputable global industry leader seeks to hire a Loan Servicing Team Leader to join their Primary Asset Management team.  You'll be responsible for managing and leading a team of Loan Servicing Analysts (5-7) working on a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate loans and joint venture equity assets.  The team's core focus lies in 5 major categories to include transaction processing, billing, calculating and issuing payoff quotes, completing various loan set up requirements, and client service.  You'll be interacting with the firm's clients and work across internal departments to deliver results that matter. Company also offers the ability to work remotely from home at least one day per week.

Qualified candidate will join an accomplished, dynamic group of commercial real estate loan professionals, providing oversight of the team's work product, developing and mentoring team members, and working to help implement new work practices and help the team grow and respond to change.  

Responsibilities...

Manage the team of Loan Servicing Analysts, making decisions on items such as team structure, division of work, balance asset loads, and oversight and quality assurance functions.
Oversee the execution of and the quality of the Loan Servicing team's deliverables, such as debt service billing, payoff quotes, transaction processing, and other ad hoc requests.
Work across departments with the heads of Treasury, Asset Management, Investor Remittance, Document Control, and other internal teams to integrate service delivery for clients.
Take the lead on discussing, comforting, and implementing change initiatives for the Loan Servicing team, working in conjunction with Company's internal Operation Improvement team and the Managing Director or Asset Servicing.
Work with the Managing Director of Asset Servicing to develop metrics and KPI's that both inform and provide insight into the servicing portfolio.
Review and update internal policy and procedure documents for the Loan Servicing Team.
Prepare certain internal reporting for both the Managing Director of Asset Servicing and the Head of Primary Asset Management.
Respond to requests of both internal and external auditors and assist in compiling the records and responding to questions on process and quality control.
Administer other team functions, such as Company ACH payment application process and the borrower application of online access to Company's borrower facing systems.

Company offers a salary in the $85,000 - $95,000 range plus 20% bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, effective 1st of the month following 30 days of employment.  Benefits include 10 paid holidays, generous PTO, paid parking, tuition reimbursement, medical, prescription drugs, dental, vision, various tax savings plans, life & disability, 401(k) & Roth, and more!
