Salary: To $42,000 plus benefits including compay paid

Reputable and well-established full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm located in downtown Atlanta seeks to hire an Administrative professional to provide support to 5 agents and helping the Marketing Director with 2 of their premier properties. Candidates with previous work experience within a commercial real estate environment will be given preference. Hours are 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday with little to no overtime.

This is "admin" work, typing, phone calls and helping out in all aspects of the real estate field for your agents to be successful.

Typical duties include...

Typing correspondence, proposals and legal contracts
Editing and proofreading of all work
Preparing surveys, i.e., calling and setting up appointments for itinerary, obtaining information from our data base system, putting in final presentation format. Surveys primarily consists of a cover letter, building information, area map guide, and company information, floor plans, survey worksheet, Agency Disclosure form, etc.
Running database reports for tracking property and survey information
Assembling presentation packages. These packages can be very detailed and time consuming to prepare and bind.
Broker Listings (buildings/land) - set up folders on new listings, create flyers for website and mailings, have knowledge of availability, handling phone calls that come in, email floor plans, and direct mail campaigns.
Maintain files and records in accordance with real estate law and office requirements
Perform other duties as assigned by the Office Manager, or other appropriate personnel
Preparing Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtor contracts
Also help cover the main phones once a week
