Dynamic and rapidly expanding real estate private equity firm with a focus on acquiring bank REO assets and non-performing loans seeks to hire an Executive Assistant/Office Manager. This position requires someone with a drive to meet deadlines, a superb attention to detail and the ability to be flexible in working with a team or driven enough to work on your own without tight management. Dependability is a must have in order to meet deadlines. Ideal candidate will work well in a small office environment.

Responsibilities...

Controls office operations by greeting visitors and callers, handling inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate individuals, per their needs.
Screens, responds to, and/or distributes mail as appropriate as well as prepares outgoing mail.
Stocks and ensures enough stock of all critical and non-critical supplies.
Fosters courtesy, helpfulness and team building with internal team members.
Works with the building property management to ensure consistency relative to general maintenance of the office space.
Ensures the office is tidy and presentable.
Processing invoices; ensures timely and accurate submission of vendor's invoice.
Schedules appointments and meetings to maintain calendar; updating conference room reservations, keeping director's appointment calendars current, and giving messages to staff and management.
Assists in HR duties such as verifying I-9 documentations, ensuring the new hires process is proactively managed, coordinates onboarding activities for new hires and annual benefits enrollment.
Provides administrative support including drafting and typing memos, correspondence, forms and other materials to disseminate information or provide notification.
Attends meetings to provide or obtain information.
Obtains, compiles, organizes, and prepares information and data for various reports.
Assists in interpreting policies, procedures, and processes and clarifies as appropriate.
Makes travel arrangements including accommodations, rental cars, and airline reservations.
Completes expense reports for directors and submits for reimbursement.
Performs other duties as assigned by the appropriate administrator.
Organizes, plans, and manages various office events, meetings, including special celebrations.
Willing to help in special jobs/projects as needed.

Qualifications needed...

Bachelor's or Associate's Degree
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to organize, prioritize, and coordinate projects
Strong computer skills
Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Company offers a starting salary $45,000 plus bonus and excellent benefits to include 401(k) company matching, health benefits (health, dental and vision), life insurance, paid parking or monthly Marta card, Summer Fridays (leave at 1pm starting Friday before Memorial day until the Friday before Labor day), free coffee, snacks and drinks, fitness gym on-site, and casual Fridays.
