Prestigious and top-ranked firm known as "one of the best places to work" is looking to hire a Marketing Admin to assist the Investment Sales Group (ISG) team. The primary focus will be the creation and production of assigned projects. Must be flexible, creative, work well under pressure and tight schedules, be detail-oriented, have superior communication and organizational skills and be enthusiastic about becoming an expert on how to uniquely communicate the company's vision through visual communication. It is also the responsibility of the Marketing Associate not only to exhibit legendary customer service when communicating with clients but also to focus on productivity and results.

Qualifications...

High school diploma or GED equivalent, but a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communication Arts, Computer Science or a related discipline highly preferred.
Must have intermediate to advanced skills in InDesign, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, MS Office and Adobe.
Must be able to multi-task, adapt to changing priorities on a regular basis and a continually heavy workload.
Must be able to perform tasks that require a large amount of concentration with interruptions and changing priorities.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Must possess the following traits: be organized, ability to delegate, goal-oriented, assertive, tactful, social, and thorough.
Must possess an attitude which is infectiously positive, customer centered, continuous improvement design, high standards, quality driven, and can-do.

Responsibilities...

Provide graphic support for ISG team.
Corporate Collateral - conceptualize, plan, design and produce a wide range of graphic and/or illustrative material, from simple to complex (i.e., brochures, fact sheets, direct mail, etc.)
Coordinate the production process; develop and write printing and/or other production specifications, and select appropriate production media and materials.
Design service line newsletters, internal leadership communications and regional client newsletters.
Create done deal emails and press releases for closed deals.
Maintain and update ISG team project list as needed.
Book closed deals in Workday
Add and manage projects in Real Capital Markets, Costar, and Company website as needed.

Software experience...

Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
HTML experience - Dreamweaver
MS Office Suite
Experience with Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere a plus.
