An established full-service commercial real estate firm seeks to hire an experienced Property Manager for an exciting mixed-use portfolio in East Atlanta.

The qualified candidate will possess...

3+ years experience as a Commercial Real Estate Property Manager
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Real Estate License required
RPA, CPM, CCIM, or LEED designations most helpful
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and MRI
Extremely good client engagement skills
Ability to create and maintain positive tenant relationships
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Dependable, strong work ethic and ability to engage exceptionally well with clients, Property Managers, Accountants and Leasing Agents
Must be a self-starter, self-disciplined, highly organized and possessing a high degree of emotional intelligence
