Growing privately-held multi-faceted real estate investment firm with approximately #3B AUM focused on development and acquisition of office and industrial net lease assets seeks to hire an Asset Management Analyst to support its growing investment platform.

Qualified candidate will be responsible for supporting the asset management ream by actively assisting in the management of assets to optimize value. Responsibilities will include performance evaluation of assets, recommendations for strategic positioning, investor reporting, and financial modeling for portfolios and individual assets. Evaluate property-level investment performance
Assist in the development of annual operating budgets, business plans and reforecasts
Track Certificates of Insurance for each tenant to verify compliance with leases
Track payment of real estate taxes and like obligations relating to the properties
Assist asset managers in the disposition process
Gather and evaluate economic and market data
Analyze potential leases and their financial impact on an investment
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for investors
Perform portfolio sensitivity on property acquisition/disposition opportunities
Monitor and ensure compliance with Joint Venture Agreements, Loan Documents, Leases, and other legal agreements
Verifies accuracy of property operating statements and monthly/quarterly variance analysis
Maintain and update portfolio models and individual asset valuation files
Coordinate inspections for each asset including appraisers, lenders, engineers, asset managers and others, as needed
Develop a working knowledge of leases, loan documents, partnership agreements, development agreements and other real estate investment related documents
Work closely with third party property managers, leasing agents and tenants on existing assets
Coordinate the appraisal process and review appraisals for accuracy

Qualifications and Skills...

4-year degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Math, Economics, Real Estate, or other related field
1-3 years of previous experience in real estate, corporate finance or investment banking

Company offers a salary in the $60 - $65,000 range for 1 year of experience and up to $70,000 for 2-3 years experience plus excellent benefits.
