Reputable and growing company located in Duluth seeks to hire a Property Accountant and they'll consider "someone new in their career."

Company prefers an Accounting degree but will accept equivalent experience in lieu of. Some experience within property management or real estate accounting needed. Strong Excel skills required and any experience with MRI, Yardi, Avid and/or ClickPay considered a real plus.

Position offers a $50,000 salary plus nice benefits.
