We're looking for a Property Manager that, preferably, lives in or near the Vinings area, exudes personality and possessing the skills to build and maintain rapport and relationships with tenants, vendors and owners. Must be exceptional with engaging people and possessing strong emotional intelligence/security skills. 80% of your time be spent on-site in Vinings for this collection of fashionable boutiques, exciting restaurants and one-of-a-kind specialty stores nestled in this lush and historic retail district comprising some 90,000 sf. Portfolio also includes 6 smaller retail properties but the bulk of your time and energies will be at the property aforementioned. You will have an Assistant to help out! While your primary focus will be on the portfolio in Vinings you will be required to travel to the corporate office in Duluth a couple of days each week. Excellent company culture - no gossiping, no backbiting, just professional and friendly co-workers.

Company offers a $75,000 salary plus bonus and excellent benefits (company contributes 3% annually to your 401(k) and employee contribution is not required). Please note, you will be paid mileage from business to business and, for the most part, you'll be spending entire days at either site (Vinings/Duluth), not bouncing back and forth.
