Privately held real estate investment firm primarily focused on development and acquisition of office and industrial net lease assets, is seeking to hire an Asset Manager with 5-7 to supports its growing investment platform. This high-growth organization currently has approximately $3B of AUM. The senior management team is comprised of industry veterans with extensive real estate investment careers, accounting for over $30 billion in transactional volume.

Position requires a highly motivated individual with prior asset management with a strong focus toward office and industrial assets. This new team member will have extensive senior management exposure, reporting directly to the Executive Director of Asset Management.

Specific duties include...

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of an assigned portfolio of office and industrial assets.
Supporting senior management on implementing strategic asset oversight and business plans.
Assisting in the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports to clients. Reviewing and approving prior to submittal.
Monitoring and analyzing the financial performance of assigned assets.
Engaging and overseeing 3rd party leasing brokers and property managers, where applicable.
Maintaining tenant relationships through regular communications and property visits.
Addressing tenant requests for capital improvement approvals.
Ensuring compliance with leases, loan agreements, joint ventures, ground leases, and operative documents.
Positioning assets for sale and managing the disposition process including the organization of all pre-disposition activities such as property inspections, obtaining BOV's and coordinating broker presentations.
Conducting site-level property inspections to assess property condition and gain deeper understanding of market and repositioning opportunities where appropriate.
Regularly meet with leasing and investment sale brokers in the cities of assigned assets to stay current with local market conditions.
Preparing property strategic plans, annual budgets, and capital and leasing plans wehre applicable.
Assisting in obtaining and reviewing third party appraisals and Facility Condition Assessments as required by company policy.
Special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
