Leading firearms company located in South Florida seeks to hire a highly motivated and experienced Vice-President of Operations, preferably someone within the firearms industry.

Qualified candidate will possess strong MRP implementation, sourcing, facilities management, forecasting and production control, purchasing, assembly and resting, etc. You'll also be responsible for the engineering department and quality control.

We need a Cracker Jack for this position and our client is willing to pay for it! We're looking for someone who is very hands-on, who understands and is very knowledgeable of operations, and, as mentioned, preference for firearms industry experience.

While ideally the salary is in the $125-140,000 range, our client is VERY NEGOTIABLE depending on the talents you bring to the table. Benefits include medical, dental, vision and life; 401(k) & company matches the first 4% of your contribution amount; 7 paid holidays + 2 floating holidays and you accrue up to 15 days of PTO per year, on a monthly basis.
