Location: Currently working remotely from home but will transition into Buckhead office at some point in the coming days.
Required Skills: • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance or Accounting • Desire to succeed in a team-structured, fast-paced environment • Understanding of commercial real transactions and industry terms • Understanding of commercial real estate valuation principles and concepts • Understanding of real estate property types and various lease contracts • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines • Strong written and oral communication skills with ability to explain complex records • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including ability to build complex Excel worksheets a plus • Proficiency in MS Word and Outlook a plus
Preferred Skills: • 1 - 2 years Commercial Real Estate experience • Proficiency in Argus Enterprise preferred • Academic background in finance, business, accounting, economics or real estate • Commercial real estate construction lending and/or development experience • Experience with Construction Draw processing • Attention to detail, analytical mindset and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Multiple opportunities! Commercial real estate services firm which has been providing asset management, loan servicing, due diligence and customized advisory solutions to commercial real estate lenders and investors for 25+ years seeks to hire a Financial Analyst. You'll work hand-in-hand with other team members to deliver thoughtful, detail-oriented, best-in-class service to their clients. Qualified candidate will be responsible for providing timely, accurate, and actionable information for analysis in support of the Asset Management platform across multiple capital structures (debt and equity) and multiple property types (multifamily, student housing, office, retail, hospitality). You must be able to thrive in a collaborative work environment, while possessing the drive and initiative to succeed in an independent work environment. This role includes interfacing with borrowers, equity partners and client representatives so you must possess the awareness and the ability to interact with others in a professional manner.

Responsibilities...

Build and maintain complex cash flow projection models and quarterly/annual valuation models
Review proposed distributions and confirm correct application in accordance with equity capital/waterfalls
Compile quantitative analysis of budgeted, actual, and projected cash flows
Complete various ad hoc financial analysis and data requests in a timely manner when requested
Coordinate and review debt and equity funding requests in a timely and thorough manner
Monitor and review progress of business plans and capital budgets
Complete review and analysis of proposed office and retail leases
Complete market research for sale comparables and market assumptions for valuation purposes
Monitor covenant compliance per loan/partnership documents
Coordinate receipt and review of monthly financial statements
Coordinate receipt and review of annual operating and capital budgets
With support of internal insurance associate, monitor insurance coverage and escrow requirements
With support of internal tax associate, verify tax payments and escrow requirements

Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance or Accounting
Desire to succeed in a team-structured, fast-paced environment
Understanding of commercial real transactions and industry terms

Company offers a salary to $85,000, DOE plus 5% targeted bonus and excellent benefits
