Location: Currently working remotely from home but will transition into Buckhead office at some point in the coming days.
Required Skills: • Bachelor's degree • Minimum 2 years relevant experience • Understanding of commercial real estate transactions and industry terms • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including ability to build complex MS Excel worksheets • Proficiency in MS Word and Outlook • Solid analytical skills • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines • Desire to succeed in a team-structured, fast-paced environment • Strong written and oral communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts
Preferred Skills: • Academic background in finance, business, accounting, economics or real estate • Construction administration experience including lending and investment strategy • Knowledge of complex financial calculations (e.g., IRR. ROI, COC) • Attention to detail, analytical mindset and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Education: Bachelor's degree
Salary: To $65K DOE plus 7.5% targeted bonus and excellent benefits

CURRENTLY WORKING REMOTELY FROM YOUR HOME, BUT AT SOME POINT WILL BE RETURNING TO THE OFFICE IN BUCKHEAD.

Commercial real estate services firm which provides asset management, loan servicing, due diligence and customized advisory solutions to commercial real estate lenders and investors for 25+ years seeks to hire a Financial Associate. Joining their Credit & Asset Management team of analysts you'll work hand-in-hand with Asset Managers to provide best in class service to their clients.

Responsibilities...

• Analysis of property level financial statements including operating statements, balance sheets and rent rolls
• Analysis of property operations vs. operating budget and market
• Critique/tracking of operating and construction budgets
• Reconcile and review loan draws for funding of construction, leasing and capital costs
• Prepare monthly and/or quarterly reporting packages
• Review leases and prepare appraisal recommendations
• Interact with property managers, leasing agents and borrowers and client representatives
• Conduct property site inspections and market research
• Interact with other employees, clients and 3rd parties
Qualifications...
• Bachelor's degree
