ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Outstanding door-opener for someone looking to advance their career into commercial real estate! 1-2 years of administrative experience coupled with a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. This position supporting the President/CEO is shared with another admin and you will provide admin support with a lot of phone contact. Hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm. Office atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, yet professional and the pace can be fast and hectic at times. As with any sales environment you must be ready for anything that comes your way so flexibility and adaptability traits will serve you well. Preference will be given to candidates possessing experience within the commercial real estate industry.
Qualified candidate will possess…

Responsibilities/Duties…
Typing and transcription of daily correspondence, letters, memos, proposals and legal contracts
Editing and proofreading of all work
Help maintain all mailing and phone lists for President (database is maintained in ACT!)
Preparing surveys, i.e., calling and setting up appointments for President’s itinerary, obtaining info from Company database system, as well as making phone calls to obtain info, and putting in final presentation format. Surveys primarily consist of a cover letter, building info, area map with ledger, and company info.
Binding packages with info for clients. Packages can be very detailed and time consuming to prepare and bind.
Work with Company brokers on leads through Company affiliation of TCN (The Commercial Network)
Coordinate breakfast sales meetings, luncheons, etc.
Perform other admin related duties as needed
Company offers a starting salary of $40,000 plus benefits including Company paid “valet” parking in the basement garage
