An Atlanta-based Commercial General Contractor located in Midtown is looking for a top-notch Project Superintendent to work with their Project Management Team with renovations and ground up projects. Not a stickler on project type experience, but the typical projects include healthcare, education, interiors and industrial.

Qualifications/Responsibilities...

5 - 10 years field Superintendent experience preferred
Experience in Commercial Construction, particularly in the fields of Healthcare, Higher Education, Aviation, K-12, Athletics, Institutional, and interiors desired
Planning & implementation of job site logistics
Provide direction and oversight to all subcontractors and other personnel in a professional manner
Drive project schedules
Responsible for all inspections
Ensure job site and project quality at all times
Follow all OSHA regulations & protocol at all times, and abide by Company Safety policies
Communicate to Project Management Team any field issues in a timely manner
Schedule Subcontractors and material deliveries
Attend project meetings with Owners, Clients, Architects and Project Management Team
Conduct weekly safety, and on-site Toolbox Talks meetings with Subcontractors
Experience using project management software
Maintain Company Tools and resources, keep all in clean working condition
Awareness of on-site spending and resource use, ability to keep job costs down
