Respected North Georgia multi-family and residential home builder (near Gainesville/Flowery Branch) with a focus on long-standing relationships, quality craftsmanship, and exceptional customer service seeks to hire an experienced Residential Area Manager for multi-family and single-family builds.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with several years experience in the multi-family and residential home building business. You will be responsible for leading superintendents so ample experience is required. Travel is limited to Gainesville and surrounding counties north of Atlanta.

Company offers a very competitive salary for a top notch candidate plus bonuses, $500 auto allowance, and benefits which include medical, vacations, holidays, and 401(k) with 100% matching up to 3% and 50% matching up to 6%.
