Reputable and well-established commercial interior construction firm located near Galleria/Cumberland area seeks to hire a Project Manager Assistant. Projects range from exclusive law firm offices to medical and educational facilities, corporate headquarters, high-tech facilities and data centers, industrial and manufacturing space, and building core renovations.

This firm focuses on personality fit as well as skills and experience which drive an extremely low employee turnover. The owner is very generous and good to his employees with bonuses in June/July and year-end.

Primary responsibility is to assist 2-3 Project Managers from the project pricing phase to the closeout phase. Also, to assist in the procurement of permits, help coordinate project-related temporary facilities, assist to coordinate required inspections with local jurisdiction, assist to obtain Certificate of Occupancy for each job, prepare and distribute all information for the customer closeout books, compile and distribute weekly reports, update the bid database, and assist with special projects.

Company offers a salary, ideally, in the $60,000 - $65,000 range. Generous mid and year end bonuses will add to your overall earnings! Company pays 100% for employees medical with contribution for family coverage, 401(k) with company matching (owner made an additional $3K contribution last year).
