Reputable and well established commercial construction firm located near Galleria/Cumberland seeks to hire a Superintendent with experience in commercial interiors.

Due to a retirement this company is looking to hire a Superintendent to oversee commercial interior construction. Company specializes in commercial interiors, primarily office and industrial tenant build-outs, and industrial projects usually include concrete work for docks and parking expansions along with heavy electrical. Strong communication skills needed.

Projects range from exclusive law firm offices to medical and educational facilities, corporate headquarters, high-tech facilities and data centers, industrial and manufacturing space, and building core renovations. This firm enjoys a reputation for delivering on-time and on-budget projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join a smaller firm where your work and contributions will be recognized and rewarded.

Qualified candidate will possess several years Superintendent experience in commercial interior construction and renovations. Position does not require a degree and Company likes to see skilled carpenters that can train to manage the on-site project.
