CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

Well funded and well-managed start-up industrial real estate investment and development firm with active projects with high profile companies seek to hire an experienced Project Manager. Ideally, someone looking for a more entrepreneurial-type environment preferring to have a direct hand in the projects they're working on, rather than just providing a service. Excellent time to join this company with a goal of becoming the premier firm in Atlanta with plans to expand within a 4-hour radius of the Atlanta metro area.

Duties...

• Managing the entire construction from start to delivery on new projects
• Contribute to and lead the design and engineering process
• Lead the permitting and approval process at inception and delivery, respectively
• Manage small scale renovation projects directly, at times without a general contractor
• Interact with Lender Construction Management teams to process loan draws
• Incorporate inspectors, geotechnical engineers, etc. throughout the construction
• Stay on top of construction trends and pricing movements
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and on-budget
