Strong organizational, visualization, communication, and analytical skills. Demonstrated writing skills; ability to write concisely and effectively. Ability to create, articulate and effectively present information. Must listen actively and attentively, capturing accurately and completely relevant and valuable information. Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to effectively present information. Able to track and support concurrent real estate projects at different stages and utilize a project management platform regularly. Aptitude for sales prospecting through a variety of techniques including telephone and in person. Ability to provide general direction - be self-managed - work independently. Willingness to work hard in a transaction-oriented environment and to take ownership of project outcomes. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to internal and external clients. Ability to keep information and internal communications confidential. Privately held, diversified real estate services, investment management and development organization seeks to hire a Financial Analyst for their Atlanta/Buckhead office. The Commercial Real Estate Capital Markets will support an established broker team, with price underwriting using Argus software, investor interaction, investor contact management, market report authoring, assisting with BOV/sale proposal preparation, attending presentations, overseeing marketing flyer preparation, and offering memoranda preparation. The Analyst will support investment sales and finance brokers in the financial analysis of leasing and investment properties, preparation of financial projections, and the preparation of market comparable/demographics analysis. The Analyst will also have knowledge of various real estate asset types, asset cash flows, lease vs. purchase, local investment and property markets and capital markets dynamics. The position allow for personal growth into brokerage production, if desired. An exciting team approach environment that values creativity within an established capital markets practice.

JOB FUNCTIONS...

Preparation of long-term cash flow projections and pricing of various property types utilizing Argus and other valuation programs.
Prepare Offering Memoranda and BOV. Assist with property description, market overview, and financial sections.
Collect market data from Costar and demographic reports, populate property data and overview sections, as well as introduction section.
Work with property managers, leasing agents, asset managers, to compile necessary information during sales process.
Research, analyze and present sales comparable data. Prepare Quarterly Market Reports, pulling stats from Costar and RCA.
Provide thorough analysis of neighborhood characteristics as they apply t potential lease, sale or finance of a specific property.
Analyze financial terms or prospective deals including debt requirements, return expectations, hold period, etc.
Abstracting leases, loan documents and other pertinent legal documents.
Compilation of market information and comparable sales and lease information.
Research and enter new investors criteria into database.
Ensure the timely production, accuracy and quality for work product and compliance with national standards,
Research, analyze, and present various economic and demographic factors key to the underwriting of a neighborhood, market of MSA such as populations, affordability, employment, and labor force info.

REQUIREMENTS...
