One of the nation's fasting growing private real estate investment and development companies is currently seeking to hire a Development Analyst to join their dynamic and growing Buckhead team. Company specializes in investing across a broad spectrum of real estate asset classes and geographies to deliver attractive risk-adjusted returns. Company offers diversified and differentiated real estate investment strategies and vehicles to institutions, family offices, trusts and high net-worth individuals. Company was founded on a simple strategy combining the experience and resources of a large institution with the creativity and flexibility of an entrepreneurial firm. Company has been in a growth phase for the past several years and the market continues to drive the need for continued growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES...

Responsible for planning, coordinating and overseeing the development and construction of Company's speculative and build-to-suit industrial developments from conception to completion.
Managing the vetting and hiring process of architects, contractors, engineers, and consultants
Monitoring the construction process to ensure the project is completed on schedule
Managing entitlement processes to obtain approvals for projects
Working with the origination team to determine viability of potential projects
Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, lenders and city officials
Coordinate project tracking, scheduling, on-site inspections and project close-out
Prepare external and internal reports relating to job status, estimates and deliverables
Oversee multiple projects at a time and monitor to ensure quality construction standards exist and estimates remain within budget
Work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment to plan and coordinate all aspects of the building process

QUALIFICATIONS...

3-5 years construction management experience
Experience using project management software
Excellent organizational skills
Analytical mindset
Strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
Industrial experience a major plus but not required
Team player
Self-motivated
Ability to travel 25-30%
