Commercial interiors construction company seeks to hire an experienced Project Manager to handle overall management of high-end commercial office and industrial space projects, start to finish, resulting in successful project completion while maintaining relationships with clients and subcontracting partners. You will have an AA to provide administrative support.

Responsibilities...

Desire to lead, grow professionally, and serve as a mentor/teacher to less experienced team members.
Ability to perform all Assistant Project Manager's and Project Engineer's duties if required.
Keep project on-schedule and on-budget.
Estimate and establish budgets and contract cost.
Review contract conditions, ensure compliance with all prime contract terms.
Negotiate cost-effective subcontract and material purchases.
Set-up and implement job procedures and techniques to assure timely buyout, submittal and shop drawing approvals, and material delivery.
Develop and maintain good relationships with Owners, Architects, and Subcontractors.
Work with Superintendent to develop safety plans and to implement safety procedures.
Maintain timely and accurate reporting to management.
Manage, train, and supervise project team according to Company policy.
Direct preconstruction planning, meetings, and activities.
Organize regular meetings for management and subcontractors.
Maintain quality control (integrity and excellence of completed projects.
Avoid or mitigate claims and conflict.
Manage job close-out procedures.
Strong attention to detail.
Assist with business development and participate in job interviews.
Support estimating staff developing, preparing, and issuing subcontract bid packages.

Requirements...

Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience/familiarity with Procore, P6, and BlueBeam helpful
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
Experience in commercial interior or related construction
Strong leadership skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Thorough understanding of all project management control systems (scheduling, cost control, procurement, and estimating)
Ability to pass background screenings including criminal and (MVR) driving
