Reputable and growing flooring installation company in the Chamblee/Doraville area seeks a talented individual to fill the role of Design Coordinator/Administrative Assistant. Position answers to the owner and works under the direction of the Operations Manager. Qualified candidate will possess a background in designing homes, has knowledge and specializes in Flooring and Tile, has an ethical work history and is professional and dependable. Some flexible hours available as you accommodate evenings and/or weekends to meet with the customer

Responsibilities...

Operate the design studio
Liaise between clients representatives and Company to maintain account relationships
Manage manufacturer representative products and displays
Meet with clients and assemble their selections implementing them into a design selection sheet
Research product availability, pricing, and assist with budget comparison of budget vs actual selections
Establish coordinated portfolios of each client's selections with coordinated pricing for selections.
Maintain change orders for upgrades
Create design file
Maintain filing systems of clients selections from preliminary to interim to final designs

Salary in the $35 - 50,000 range depending on your background, skills and experience. Benefits include medical insurance allowance, holidays, vacations, 3% company match to Simple IRA Plan. Discretionary bonus contingent upon company profitability.
