Disaster Restoration & Remediation company in Marietta seeks to hire a leader. Someone who can react fast and take charge when disaster strikes. A person who’s passionate about bringing calm to chaotic situations and driving recovery efforts for commercial and high-rise residential properties across the city. A selfless servant, our ideal crew member doesn’t mind losing sleep if it means restoring peace and order. If this is you, you’ve come to the right place.

A typical day may include

Your day may start by checking on the progress of a high-rise flood. By mid-day, you might be at a hospital, wrapping-up mold remediation from the day before. Then, on your way home, you might stop to meet the owner of a restaurant with smoke damage. Every day is different, but they all bring opportunities for safeguarding people and places throughout Atlanta.

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for property owners, managers, and tenants—and that means you’re the go-to for information and documentation. You’re also the first in line to respond to a call so you need the skills to quickly assess the damage, recommend a course of action, and get your crew safely to the site before more damage is done.

If this sounds like you, read on. If not, please share it with someone who would be interested.

Skills / Desired Skills & Experience

The job might be for you if

You enjoy solving problems. You love taking on difficult challenges and finding creative solutions. You don’t get flustered easily. If you don’t know an answer, you’ll dig until you find it.

You like helping people. Responding to an emergency makes you feel warm and fuzzy. You’re patient, level-headed, and cool under pressure. You can explain just about anything to anyone—even when they’re in a state of panic.

You manage yourself well. You have a good sense of humor. You volunteer for new challenges without waiting to be asked. You feel if you arrive at a meeting right on time, you were late.

You pay attention to the details. As far as you're concerned, anything worth doing is worth doing right. You stay focused, and nothing falls through the cracks on your watch.

You think on your feet. You like learning, and you learn quickly. When things change, you know how to roll with the punches. You are motivated, driven, and organized.

To join our crew, you need to have hands-on experience performing and leading disaster recovery operations. Working construction knowledge with a focus on interior renovations is a must. You need an MVR and a background check that would make your mother proud.
This job is not for you unless you thoroughly enjoy serving others and providing disaster recovery services on a moment's notice.
Make sure we know where you picked up your people-helping powers somewhere in your cover letter or resume.
