Reputable Atlanta-based Commercial General Contractor with offices in the Smyrna/Vinings area is looking for top-notch Project Superintendents to work with their Project Management Team on medical construction projects, interior construction projects, specialty interior projects, and specialty ground up construction projects. The types of projects are typically healthcare, higher education, high-end commercial office, hospitality, and specialty restaurant/retail.

Responsibilities...

Planning & implementation of job site logistics
Provide direction and oversight to all subcontractors and other personnel in a professional manner
Drive project schedule
Responsible for all inspections
Ensure job site and project quality at all times
Follow all OSHA regulations and protocol at all times while abiding by Company Safety policies
Communicate to Project Management Team any field issues in a timely manner
Schedule subcontractors and material deliveries
Attend project meetings with Owners, Clients, Architects, and Project Management Team
Maintain job site and surrounding area cleanliness at all times
Conduct weekly safety, and on-site Toolbox Talks meeting with Subcontractors
Maintain Daily Logs & Daily Project Photos using ProCore and an iPad
Maintain Company Tools and resources, keep all in clean working condition
Awareness of on-site spending and resource use with the ability to keep job costs down

Requirements...

Minimum 8 years field superintendent experience
Multi-story ground-up construction experience preferred
Experience in healthcare projects desired
Problem solving skills and teamwork skills
Ability to work with Project Management for team-based problem solving
Ability to complete tasks under pressure and on a deadline
Strong communication skills
Ability to provide written communication in a clear and professional manner
Strong attention to detail
Professional communication skills
Ability to manage many tasks and people at one time, while under pressure and in a professional manner
Strong work ethic
Ethical and honest conduct
Critical thinking
Willingness to work with and train on new technology
Clean driving record
Drug free work environment
