Well-established nationwide industry leader providing painting and renovation services within the multifamily, commercial, and residential industries seeks to hire an Estimator/Salesperson for their Suwanee, GA office. Hours are Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm. Some days may require more than 8 hours and some weeks may require additional workdays. This will vary depending on the number of bid requests coming into the office.

Requirements...

• Produce detailed budgets and proposals in a timely fashion
• Follow-up and close the sale after the bid is sent to the client
• Communicate with clients on a level they can understand
• Communicate with project managers once the contract is assigned to ensure they understand the scope of work written
• Write up any change order budgets and proposals as they arise on specific projects
• Assist in monthly invoicing with Office staff as needed.
• Must be able to travel as Company is a nationwide contractor licensed in 30+ states

Qualifications...

• Possess effective oral and written communication skills
• Possess strong listening skills
• Ability to meet multiple, sometimes conflicting deadlines
• Self-motivated
• Ability to set and achieve goals independently with minimum supervision
• Must have a working knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Company offers a base salary in the $60 - $80,000 range (more for the super-qualified) and the following bonus structure: 1% of the gross sale of all jobs estimated, bid, and sale closed. 2% of the gross sale for any new business brought to the Company. Health insurance is offered to the employee (50% company-paid) and their immediate family for a bi-weekly payroll deduction. Company vehicle is provided as well as a corporate AMEX for travel expenses.
