A highly reputable, private real estate development and management firm seeks to hire an enthusiastic Real Estate Analyst to join their Atlanta Division. The hiring company owns and manages several commercial and residential properties throughout the Southeast, and has several exciting new construction and land development projects underway. Company success brings personal growth within the organization. Duties and Responsibilities include:

Assist with all Land acquisitions including potential site visits and site package creation
Responsible for up-to-date reporting of all marketing efforts
Assist with due diligence efforts on new acquisitions
Conduct market research and implement business plan
Research different strategies for investing in and developing residential and commercial real estate
Researches potential properties, considering multiple aspects such as zoning, taxes, and neighborhood demographics to find those that align with investor's financial goals
Assist with HOA liabilities and developing strategies
Assist with various other company-related projects that may relate to Accounting, Sales, Development, or Legal
Other duties as assigned
To be successful within the company, the ideal candidate will possess a can-do attitude, is a self-starter, and follows through on commitments. 

Qualifications include:

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Mathematics, or similar degree
Prior experience in a similar role with a home builder or investment company is a plus
Advanced PC skills, including Word, Excel, Access, etc.
Basic understanding of market analytics and financial modeling
Basic understanding of budgets, financials, and audits
Ability to work as a part of a larger team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to work under pressure to achieve deadlines
Detail-oriented
Excellent organizational skills
Self-starter who can effectively work with minimal supervision when required
Ambitious, energetic, decisive, and hardworking
Ability and willingness to learn and grow professionally
Must have a valid Driver's License and be able to drive to/from sites, offices, and more

Company offers a base salary in the $55,000 - $75,000 range. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Bonus after 1 year of service, company vehicle provided during working hours, travel involvement local only to development sites, municipality meetings, etc., and annual paid vacation of 10 days (1st and 2nd year) and annual PTO of 5 days.
