REPORT DEVELOPER

Well-established company has an immediate need for a fully remote Report Developer on a full-time basis reporting to the Vice President, Development.  The Report Developer will create custom reporting solutions and provide technical support for Yardi Voyager and Yardi Breeze.  In this role, you must be innovative, motivated, forward thinking, and detail oriented.  The Candidate should possess the ability to communicate effectively and have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

·         Develop custom Yardi reports including, but not limited to, YSR Report and SQL scripts.

·         Prepare development specifications and proposals.  Define and document data, workflow, logical processes, interfaces with other systems, internal and external checks, controls, and outputs.

·         Recommend custom solutions to meet Yardi reporting needs.

·         Execute project plans within time and budget constraints

·         Provide technical guidance and development support regarding Yardi Voyager software functionality.

Requirements:

·         Experience developing Yardi Reports using YSR

·         Demonstrated working knowledge of Yardi database schema

·         Demonstrated working knowledge of Transact SQL

·         Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365

·         Demonstrate ability to diagnose problems quickly and consider a broad range of internal and external factors when solving and making decisions

·         Superior communication – both written and verbal, presentation skills with all levels of the organization, both internally and externally with software partners and clients

·         A high degree of self-motivation, proven leadership, and the ability to work autonomously

·         Strong organizational and follow-through skills, with the ability to work within deadlines, prioritize work, and multi-task

Education:

·         BS in Accounting, Business or Computer Science preferred.
