Well-established commercial real estate firm seeks to hire an experienced Retail Property Manager who can hit the ground running handling the day-to-day functions ensuring compliance.  Some travel to properties concentrated in the SE.  Midtown office, hybrid role.

Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree preferred
Commercial Real Estate License required
3+ years commercial real estate experience required
Knowledge of commercial retail properties
Solid understanding of commercial leases
Knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting 
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), MRI required and Yardi preferred
Company offers a salary to $85K with 20% targeted bonus and nice  benefits.
