Administrative Brokerage Assistant
About the Job
Full service top-ranked commercial real estate company located near Northside Hospital seeks to hire an experienced Brokerage Assistant. Company handles office, industrial, retail, land, investment sales (mostly retail and office) and property management. This position supports, primarily, retail, office and some industrial brokers. Commercial real estate experience is important, but attitude is critical. High energy, willing to learn and grow, can-do, self-starting and a team player - their admin team has to be versatile and backs each other up all the time. There's peaks and valleys in terms of being busy with direct broker work. We need someone who will be productive without having someone looking over their shoulder, or having to be told what to do all the time.
