Reputable commercial property management company located in Midtown Atlanta seeks to hire a Customer/Tenant Services Coordinator. This is a great door opener into commercial property management for someone who is customer-service driven and possessing excellent phone manners with strong communication skills. You will interact with tenants, prospective tenants, brokers, and property management vendors. Duties entail answering phones, communicating with tenants, entering work orders into the work order system on which you will be trained, and other administrative/customer service related functions as required. MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) skills needed. Must take initiative and be proactive - asking to help others when you're caught up!
Company offers a starting salary to $45,000 plus benefits including company paid "valet" parking! Hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, M-F.
