Salary: To $80,000 depending on experience with full benefits (including ESOP plan) and a target bonus of 15% with the opportunity to get up to 20% in bonus.
Well established, laid-back yet professional commercial real estate firm in Buckhead whose focus is "retail properties," most grocery-anchored Class B, seeks to hire an experienced Property Manager, ideally with 3-5 years of experience in retail. We will consider someone with an office background, but you'll need to be a home run in every other consideration. The portfolio requires travel to FL and SC and you'll need to visit properties in your portfolio roughly every 2 months, therefore, you must be okay with some travel.
The current portfolio is about a million square feet of mostly retail and one office building that has a single tenant with an on-site engineer.
In addition to your retail property management experience, your cultural fit will be of equal importance, so we're looking for someone looking for a great opportunity in a drama-free environment. Company offers a salary in the $70 - $80,000 range depending on skills, experience and ability to fit into the company culturally speaking. Also a 15% target bonus with the opportunity to get up to 20% in bonus + excellent benefits (ESOP) include Health, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending Plans (Health & Dependent Accts), 401k, Life Insurance, and Employee Stock Options.
