Dynamic and forward-thinking full-service commercial real estate firm seeks to hire an ENTRY-LEVEL Property Manager that will be housed out of their corporate office in Midtown. You will be responsible for overseeing all operations of an industrial portfolio achieving superior operational results and financial performance. We're looking for a high caliber professional with strong communication skills looking for an excellent growth path and long-term employment. Would prefer someone with 2-3 years' experience as a Property Manager OR 3-5 years as a "strong" Assistant Property Manager and ready to step up to a Property Manager's role. Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Finance, Engineering Architecture, Planning or related field
CPM RPA designation (or in progress)

Supervise property management staff as well as third party vendors

Serve as point person
Complete annual performance reviews
Regularly communicate employee performance expectations and achievement for all team members
Property assignment of staff
Resolve all day-to-day property management issues
Ensure Company best practices are implemented and followed
Prepare annual third-party operating and capital budgets
Conduct routine property inspections
Adhere to Company property management annual audit
Coordinate real estate tax review process
Ensure adherence to customers' policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with codes, regulations and governmental agency directives
Maintain personal contact with all tenants and clients
Manage financial performance
All other duties associated with the day-to-day operation of a commercial real estate (industrial) portfolio
Our clients offers a $60,000 base + 10% bonus + generous profit sharing which is paid out in July of each year. Benefits include Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k), 15 PTO days, free/off day the month of your annual anniversary and 2 days free/off for volunteerism.
