One of Atlanta's premier and well-established full-service commercial real estate firms seeks to hire an experienced Administrative Assistant to support multiple brokers and assist with marketing. Located conveniently off the connector in downtown Atlanta you'll love the "valet" parking provided by this employer. They'll "valet" park your car in the basement garage and no tipping permitted! Should you choose to use public transportation you'll find their office conveniently located one block from the Marta Peachtree Center station. Hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm, M-F with little to no overtime. Office atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, yet professional. Excellent phone etiquette and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint) skills needed. Other support staffing are more than willing to assist you during your learning and acclimation process. This is an excellent opportunity known for "opening doors" for future growth.

Qualified candidate will possess strong MS Office skills coupled with 2-3 years administrative support experience, professional image, good phone manners, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must also be organized and detailed with ability to prioritize and multitask. Duties include preparing PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets and other varied administrative-type duties. We are seeking a sharp AA and any administrative experience within a commercial real estate / property management environment will be given preference. Bachelors degree preferred but not required.

Company offers a starting salary of $40,000 plus benefits, including medical (dental available), vacation, paid holidays, sick days and company paid "valet" parking. Beautiful offices in downtown high rise!
