Reputable commercial property management company located in downtown Atlanta seeks to hire a Customer/Tenant Services Coordinator. This is a great door opener into commercial property management for anyone particularly interested in commercial property management or accounting.

Over the course of the day you will interact with tenants, prospective tenants, brokers, and property management vendors. Duties entail answering phones, communicating with tenants, entering work orders into the work order system on which you will be trained, and other administrative/customer service related functions as required. Some bookkeeping/accounting experience considered a real plus. MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) s kills needed. Must take initiative and be proactive - asking to help others when you're caught up!
Company offers a starting salary of $40,000 - 42,000 plus nice benefits including medical, prescriptions, vacations, holidays, sick days, paid parking and more. Hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, M-F.
