CURRENTLY WORKING REMOTELY FROM YOUR HOME, BUT AT SOME POINT WILL BE RETURNING TO THE OFFICE IN BUCKHEAD.

An industry-leading, global real estate financial services provider seeks to hire a Portfolio Analyst with experience in real estate transactional servicing work. The Portfolio Analyst role is a client-facing position involving client portfolio level reporting, new Investor and New Loan setup processes, database input and management, payoff request submissions, non-cash posting submissions, asset level cash management, loan advance and draw processing, borrower post-closing deliverable compliance oversight and portfolio level statistics along with ad hoc requests from the Portfolio Management Team.

Responsibilities...

Administer Client loan servicing per Servicing Agreement terms
Prepare and update periodically Specific Client or Portfolio Team statistics
Support Portfolio Managers and Clients on Investor transfer transactions
Monitor assigned portfolio to ensure compliance with loan servicing agreements and borrower compliance with loan documents
Provide support to Compliance Team relating to specialized Compliance Report formatting and distribution of Compliance Reports to multiple parties
Monitor and administer loan covenants as identified in assigned portfolio loan documents within the scope of the Servicing Agreements
Administer and direct cash management of property operations in accordance with waterfalls as outlined in loan documents
Process loan advance and reserve disbursements
Process non-cash transactions as required
Present recommendations to senior management
Prepare, review and distribute monthly and ad hoc reporting due to Clients as required in Servicing Agreements
Collect data from Client and various loan and closing documents to keep database and reporting accurate
Request payoff quotes and initial review of quote
Troubleshoot issues, submit Support Center Work Orders, work with IT and IS to correct and follow up on completion
Perform assigned administrative and analyst duties from Portfolio Managers
Additional tasks as Portfolio Management Team experiences growth

Process Management...

Coordinate work with multiple client parties (underwriting, legal, asset management and servicers)
Coordinate work and take direction from multiple Portfolio Managers, working as a team to manage assigned Clients
Prioritize multiple transactions simultaneously across multi-day and multi-step processes
Manage various levels of transactional complexity
Operate as an integrated member of the client's team
Maintain sound client and related parties contacts and prompt response environment

Requirements...
