Minimum 2-4 years of previous related work experience in real estate. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Adobe Suite (specifically InDesign) a huge plus. Must possess leadership qualities and work well in a team environment. Excellent interpersonal skills - effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to produce quality work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to manage large workloads. Strong attention to detail - excellent proofreading and editing skills. Ability to maintain discretion regarding personnel and industry-related matters. Must be reliable.
Preferred Skills: InDesign skills a huge plus.

Commercial real estate with an award-winning culture and reputation for exceptional service seeks to hire an Administrative Marketing Associate to work directly with the healthcare and marketing team in performing administrative and marketing tasks. Located in Buckhead, position is available as a result of an internal promotion and you must be "okay" with being an admin - lease recaps, expense reports, ordering lunches to updating flyers, team brochures, etc. It will be your responsibility to accomplish responsibilities within Company's quality standards and corporate goals and in a manner that helps maximize the efficiency of the group and the value of the assigned properties. Must be customer service driven with a focus on productivity and results.


Prepare memoranda, letters, proposals, charts, tables and other documents using various software packages.
Provide support through copying, faxing, and mailing as requested.
Compile moderately complex documents and information for necessary reports, informational packages and/or presentation materials.
Enter deal sheets for leasing transactions, distributes deal sheets to appropriate recipients.
Maintain departmental filing and tracking systems. Includes establishing files for all written/email correspondence, project work, and reports as necessary.
Schedule and organize meetings, conference calls and appointments. Prepare items in relation to meetings, including but not limited to, creation and assembly of documents for distribution, coordination of site reservation, food orders, attendance confirmations, and interacting with attendees to address questions or issues on an event.
Assist in the completion and processing of expense forms for assigned staff.
Produce monthly reports for internal and external clients, based on area of business.
Distribute invoices to individual clients.
Assist with property research and posting listings on CoStar and other various listing sites including the Company website.
Schedule property e-blasts as needed, update brochures, flyers and marketing collateral.
Contribute to effectively marketing available listings to create interest and awareness in availabilities listed with our brokers.
Order property signs.
Additional tasks as assigned from the healthcare and marketing teams.
