INCREASED SALARY! Established privately-held developer seeks to hire a Marketing Coordinator for their regional Buckhead office. You will assist the development and leasing team with all facets of the marketing process. This role requires someone who is confident and capable of assisting a highly successful executive team that develops, leases, and owns industrial real estate. This permanent/direct hire full-time opportunity works M-F, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.

RESPONSIBILITIES...

Accountable for the coordination, layout design, copy editing and production of flyers, proposals and presentations.
Occasionally perform various administrative tasks.
Design and produce branding for new projects.
Proofread and edit for format, grammar, style, punctuation and spelling.
Responsible for prioritizing and ensuring required timelines are met.
Undertake special assignments in support of marketing and communications initiatives and produce required documents and graphics.
Identify and manage corporate sponsorships with organizations like NAIOP and attend events locally and potentially in other southeastern markets.
Write press releases and distribute to media contacts and corporate channels and/or manage outside consultants.
Maintain inventory of marketing collateral materials and supplies.
Preparation of monthly tracking reports.
Identify continuous opportunities to improve effectiveness of the team.

REQUIREMENTS...
